In our previous work, we characterized thyroid gland organoids grown from isolated mice thyroid cells. Herein, we used this model to investigate the events occurring at 2 days post-irradiation (corresponding to 7-day-old organoids) and at 6 days post-irradiation (corresponding to 11-day-old organoids) using bulk RNA sequencing. To compare the expression profile to an healthy standard sample, 5-day-old organoids (day of irradiation) were used as controls. This analysis outlined key dysregulated pathways activated in thyroid cells with photon exposure.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE303892</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9137471</GSM><GSM>GSM9137470</GSM><GSM>GSM9137451</GSM><GSM>GSM9137472</GSM><GSM>GSM9137450</GSM><GSM>GSM9137453</GSM><GSM>GSM9137452</GSM><GSM>GSM9137455</GSM><GSM>GSM9137454</GSM><GSM>GSM9137457</GSM><GSM>GSM9137456</GSM><GSM>GSM9137459</GSM><GSM>GSM9137458</GSM><GSM>GSM9137460</GSM><GSM>GSM9137462</GSM><GSM>GSM9137461</GSM><GSM>GSM9137464</GSM><GSM>GSM9137463</GSM><GSM>GSM9137466</GSM><GSM>GSM9137465</GSM><GSM>GSM9137468</GSM><GSM>GSM9137446</GSM><GSM>GSM9137467</GSM><GSM>GSM9137448</GSM><GSM>GSM9137469</GSM><GSM>GSM9137447</GSM><GSM>GSM9137449</GSM><GPL>19057</GPL><GSE>303892</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[41730478]</PMID><PMID>[42380097]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
