To further validate the functions of these potential regulators, we generated knockout strains for each gene in HEK293T cells using two independent shRNAs (biological replicates), each with three technical replicates. We then performed small RNA-seq experiments after nuclear extraction to measure transcriptome-wide differences in tRNA abundance.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/19</publication></dates><accession>GSE304311</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9147254</GSM><GSM>GSM9147255</GSM><GSM>GSM9147256</GSM><GSM>GSM9147257</GSM><GSM>GSM9147258</GSM><GPL>34284</GPL><GSE>304311</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
