A total of 1,767 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified using |fold-change (FC)| ≥ 2 and raw p-value &lt; 0.05 as thresholds for the comparison between Mel56-treated and DMSO-treated MDCK cells infected with A/PR/8/34 virus.
