Samples were collected to investigate the transcriptomic effects of LRRK2 expression and mutation on aging-related biological processes. Total RNA was extracted from synchronized animals, and libraries were sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 or MGISEQ-T7 platform. Clean reads were aligned to the C. elegans reference genome (WBcel235), and gene expression levels were quantified as FPKM.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE305282</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9168190</GSM><GSM>GSM9168186</GSM><GSM>GSM9168187</GSM><GSM>GSM9168188</GSM><GSM>GSM9168189</GSM><GSM>GSM9168182</GSM><GSM>GSM9168183</GSM><GSM>GSM9168184</GSM><GSM>GSM9168185</GSM><GPL>26672</GPL><GSE>305282</GSE><taxon>Caenorhabditis elegans</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
