To explore the role of neutrophils in the pathogenesis of BPD, a prospective study was conducted in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center from June to September 2024. Inclusion criteria were: (1) preterm birth at &lt;32 weeks of gestational age, and (2) admission within 6 hours after birth. Peripheral blood samples were collected on day 14 after birth. Infants with major congenital anomalies or acute infections were excluded. A total of 22 preterm infants were enrolled, of whom 12 developed BPD. Neutrophils were isolated from peripheral blood, and bulk RNA sequencing was performed.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/13</publication></dates><accession>GSE305315</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9168645</GSM><GSM>GSM9168634</GSM><GSM>GSM9168646</GSM><GSM>GSM9168635</GSM><GSM>GSM9168636</GSM><GSM>GSM9168647</GSM><GSM>GSM9168648</GSM><GSM>GSM9168637</GSM><GSM>GSM9168630</GSM><GSM>GSM9168641</GSM><GSM>GSM9168631</GSM><GSM>GSM9168642</GSM><GSM>GSM9168643</GSM><GSM>GSM9168632</GSM><GSM>GSM9168633</GSM><GSM>GSM9168644</GSM><GSM>GSM9168640</GSM><GSM>GSM9168627</GSM><GSM>GSM9168638</GSM><GSM>GSM9168628</GSM><GSM>GSM9168639</GSM><GSM>GSM9168629</GSM><GPL>34284</GPL><GSE>305315</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
