It is not clear how progranulin insufficiency may cause FTD-TDP. Progranulin-insufficient mice develop FTD-related phenotypes without robust TDP-43 pathology, so we crossed crossed Grn+/- mice (RRID:MMRRC_036771-JAX) with transgenic mice expressing wild-type human TDP-43 (RRID:IMSR_JAX:012836) to investigate the effect of progranulin insufficiency on TDP-43 aggregation and TDP-43–related phenotypes.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/08</publication></dates><accession>GSE305500</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9178136</GSM><GSM>GSM9178125</GSM><GSM>GSM9178137</GSM><GSM>GSM9178126</GSM><GSM>GSM9178134</GSM><GSM>GSM9178145</GSM><GSM>GSM9178123</GSM><GSM>GSM9178146</GSM><GSM>GSM9178124</GSM><GSM>GSM9178135</GSM><GSM>GSM9178129</GSM><GSM>GSM9178127</GSM><GSM>GSM9178138</GSM><GSM>GSM9178139</GSM><GSM>GSM9178128</GSM><GSM>GSM9178140</GSM><GSM>GSM9178132</GSM><GSM>GSM9178143</GSM><GSM>GSM9178133</GSM><GSM>GSM9178144</GSM><GSM>GSM9178130</GSM><GSM>GSM9178141</GSM><GSM>GSM9178142</GSM><GSM>GSM9178131</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>305500</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
