We employed RNA-Seq to profile gene expression in both mycobiont (L. pulmonaria) and photobiont (Symbiochloris reticulata) partners during desiccation (12h, 27h) and subsequent rehydration (1h). Comparative analysis of untreated (non-melanized) and UV-B pretreated (melanized) samples aims to identify the role of UV-B in the tolerance to desiccation.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/09</publication></dates><accession>GSE306843</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9210559</GSM><GSM>GSM9210561</GSM><GSM>GSM9210572</GSM><GSM>GSM9210560</GSM><GSM>GSM9210571</GSM><GSM>GSM9210570</GSM><GSM>GSM9210558</GSM><GSM>GSM9210569</GSM><GSM>GSM9210579</GSM><GSM>GSM9210557</GSM><GSM>GSM9210568</GSM><GSM>GSM9210556</GSM><GSM>GSM9210578</GSM><GSM>GSM9210567</GSM><GSM>GSM9210566</GSM><GSM>GSM9210577</GSM><GSM>GSM9210576</GSM><GSM>GSM9210565</GSM><GSM>GSM9210564</GSM><GSM>GSM9210575</GSM><GSM>GSM9210574</GSM><GSM>GSM9210563</GSM><GSM>GSM9210573</GSM><GSM>GSM9210562</GSM><GPL>33282</GPL><GSE>306843</GSE><taxon>Lobaria pulmonaria</taxon><PMID>[42731197]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
