We successfully sequenced 4349, 3683, 2588, and 2921 single cells from rabbit GFS tissue of control (without surgery), 3 hours, 3 days, and 14 days after surgery, respectively. An unbiased clustering of single cells projected onto a UMAP space identified 21 major clusters. On days 3 and 14 after surgery, the number of identified fibroblasts was reduced to less than 30% compared to the control group, suggesting the effect of MMC on inducing cell death in fibroblasts. Thus, SASP-related factors such as CDKN1A, IL6, CXCL8, CCL2, and CCL7 were upregulated in fibroblasts after surgery.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/26"},"accession":"GSE307308","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9221629","GSM9221627","GSM9221628","GSM9221630"],"GPL":["35700"],"GSE":["307308"],"taxon":["Oryctolagus cuniculus"],"PMID":["[42625400]"]}}
