<HashMap><database>GEO</database><scores/><additional><omics_type>Transcriptomics</omics_type><species>Mus musculus</species><species> Homo sapiens</species><gds_type> Other</gds_type><gds_type>Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing</gds_type><full_dataset_link>https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE307415</full_dataset_link><repository>GEO</repository><entry_type>GSE</entry_type></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Single-cell RNA and BCR sequencing of age-associated B cells in mouse and human lupus</name><description>To characterize age-associated B cells (ABCs), we performed single-cell RNA and BCR sequencing on splenic B-lineage cells from a murine lupus model induced by Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) stimulation and on peripheral blood B-lineage cells from a treatment-naïve patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We identified a population of ABCs with features of plasmablast precursors (pre-PB ABCs).
