Three mice received no treatment (control), and three mice were subjected to continuous administration of isoproterenol (ISO) and L-NAME for 6 weeks to induce a non-obese heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) phenotype. The study aims to identify transcriptomic alterations associated with non-obese HFpEF development and cardiac remodeling.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/22</publication></dates><accession>GSE308625</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9249363</GSM><GSM>GSM9249362</GSM><GSM>GSM9249365</GSM><GSM>GSM9249364</GSM><GSM>GSM9249361</GSM><GSM>GSM9249360</GSM><GPL>19057</GPL><GSE>308625</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
