To investigate these effects, cell-free VZV was prepared and used to infect two transformed human microglial cell lines (HMC3) and human embryonic stem cell-derived microglia (ESC-MG). Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on HMC3 at 48 hours post-infection to characterize the host transcriptional response.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/27</publication></dates><accession>GSE309260</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9264069</GSM><GSM>GSM9264079</GSM><GSM>GSM9264078</GSM><GSM>GSM9264077</GSM><GSM>GSM9264076</GSM><GSM>GSM9264075</GSM><GSM>GSM9264074</GSM><GSM>GSM9264073</GSM><GSM>GSM9264072</GSM><GSM>GSM9264071</GSM><GSM>GSM9264070</GSM><GSM>GSM9264080</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>309260</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42177488]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
