Three NBPs derived from viruses whose hosts are not humans (YP_010782993.1, NP_671816.1, and AVM80381.1) were included as negative controls. We identified sequence motifs for 33 proteins.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/13</publication></dates><accession>GSE309420</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9267130</GSM><GSM>GSM9267132</GSM><GSM>GSM9267131</GSM><GSM>GSM9267134</GSM><GSM>GSM9267133</GSM><GSM>GSM9267136</GSM><GSM>GSM9267135</GSM><GSM>GSM9267138</GSM><GSM>GSM9267137</GSM><GSM>GSM9267139</GSM><GSM>GSM9267160</GSM><GSM>GSM9267121</GSM><GSM>GSM9267120</GSM><GSM>GSM9267123</GSM><GSM>GSM9267122</GSM><GSM>GSM9267125</GSM><GSM>GSM9267124</GSM><GSM>GSM9267127</GSM><GSM>GSM9267126</GSM><GSM>GSM9267129</GSM><GSM>GSM9267128</GSM><GSM>GSM9267150</GSM><GSM>GSM9267152</GSM><GSM>GSM9267151</GSM><GSM>GSM9267110</GSM><GSM>GSM9267154</GSM><GSM>GSM9267153</GSM><GSM>GSM9267112</GSM><GSM>GSM9267156</GSM><GSM>GSM9267155</GSM><GSM>GSM9267111</GSM><GSM>GSM9267114</GSM><GSM>GSM9267158</GSM><GSM>GSM9267113</GSM><GSM>GSM9267157</GSM><GSM>GSM9267116</GSM><GSM>GSM9267159</GSM><GSM>GSM9267115</GSM><GSM>GSM9267118</GSM><GSM>GSM9267117</GSM><GSM>GSM9267119</GSM><GSM>GSM9267141</GSM><GSM>GSM9267140</GSM><GSM>GSM9267143</GSM><GSM>GSM9267142</GSM><GSM>GSM9267101</GSM><GSM>GSM9267145</GSM><GSM>GSM9267144</GSM><GSM>GSM9267100</GSM><GSM>GSM9267147</GSM><GSM>GSM9267103</GSM><GSM>GSM9267102</GSM><GSM>GSM9267146</GSM><GSM>GSM9267105</GSM><GSM>GSM9267149</GSM><GSM>GSM9267104</GSM><GSM>GSM9267148</GSM><GSM>GSM9267107</GSM><GSM>GSM9267106</GSM><GSM>GSM9267109</GSM><GSM>GSM9267108</GSM><GPL>34698</GPL><GSE>309420</GSE><taxon>synthetic construct</taxon><PMID>[42712977]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
