Mice were adoptively sensitized with OVA-specific IgE (OVA-IgE) and/or in vitro-differentiated OVA-specific Th2 (OVA-Th2) cells, followed by intranasal OVA challenge. Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed to analyze the mRNA expression profiles of Th2 cells isolated from cervical lymph nodes of mice injected with or without OVA-specific IgE.
