To further understdand the differences between B cells of each origin we used a genetic time stamping approach to lable ELO B cells and FACS isolate from the spleen naive follicular and marginal zone B cells, B1 B cells from the peritoneal cavity, and memory B cells (MBC) from the peyer's patch. The assay for transposase accessible chromatin sequencing (ATAC-seq) was performed on each population to identify epigenetic programming that corresponded to ELO versus adult derived B cells.","dates":{"publication":"2026/03/23"},"accession":"GSE309960","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9285337","GSM9285315","GSM9285316","GSM9285338","GSM9285339","GSM9285317","GSM9285318","GSM9285323","GSM9285340","GSM9285341","GSM9285342","GSM9285320","GSM9285343","GSM9285308","GSM9285309","GSM9285327","GSM9285311","GSM9285333","GSM9285334","GSM9285312","GSM9285313","GSM9285335","GSM9285336","GSM9285314","GSM9285330","GSM9285310"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["309960"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
