To further understdand the differences between B cells of each origin we used a genetic time stamping approach to lable ELO B cells and FACS isolate from the spleen naive follicular and marginal zone B cells, B1 B cells from the peritoneal cavity, and memory B cells (MBC) from the peyer's patch. The assay for transposase accessible chromatin sequencing (ATAC-seq) was performed on each population to identify epigenetic programming that corresponded to ELO versus adult derived B cells.</description><dates><publication>2026/03/23</publication></dates><accession>GSE309960</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9285337</GSM><GSM>GSM9285315</GSM><GSM>GSM9285316</GSM><GSM>GSM9285338</GSM><GSM>GSM9285339</GSM><GSM>GSM9285317</GSM><GSM>GSM9285318</GSM><GSM>GSM9285323</GSM><GSM>GSM9285340</GSM><GSM>GSM9285341</GSM><GSM>GSM9285342</GSM><GSM>GSM9285320</GSM><GSM>GSM9285343</GSM><GSM>GSM9285308</GSM><GSM>GSM9285309</GSM><GSM>GSM9285327</GSM><GSM>GSM9285311</GSM><GSM>GSM9285333</GSM><GSM>GSM9285334</GSM><GSM>GSM9285312</GSM><GSM>GSM9285313</GSM><GSM>GSM9285335</GSM><GSM>GSM9285336</GSM><GSM>GSM9285314</GSM><GSM>GSM9285330</GSM><GSM>GSM9285310</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>309960</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
