Differentiated adipocytes were treated with 12.5 nM citrate-capped gold nanoparticles for 24 hours. Total RNA was extracted and analyzed using the Mouse Adipogenesis RT² Profiler PCR Array (Qiagen) to quantify gene expression changes in adipogenesis, lipid metabolism, and related pathways.
