Transcriptomic and multiplex immunohistochemistry analyses revealed responders had significantly increased infiltrating cytotoxic T-cells in close proximity to the tumour cells. In contrast, non-responders exhibited elevated immunosuppressive gene signatures associated with tumour angiogenesis and transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) signalling. Responders also exhibited greater richness in T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire pretreatment in the tumour. Serial blood analysis revealed that a proliferative burst of activated, cytotoxic T cell subsets in the peripheral blood correlated with treatment response. Furthermore, responders showed increased sharing of pre-existing expanded TCR clones from the tumour tissue with the peripheral circulation post-treatment, suggesting active trafficking of anti-tumour T cells. These findings highlight pre-existing local and systemic immune profiles and the magnitude of circulating T cell reinvigoration as critical determinants of treatment response to combined SABR, and anti-PD-1 therapy in oligometastatic ccRCC.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/20</publication></dates><accession>GSE310879</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9311018</GSM><GSM>GSM9310963</GSM><GSM>GSM9310964</GSM><GSM>GSM9311019</GSM><GSM>GSM9310965</GSM><GSM>GSM9310966</GSM><GSM>GSM9311014</GSM><GSM>GSM9310960</GSM><GSM>GSM9311015</GSM><GSM>GSM9310961</GSM><GSM>GSM9311016</GSM><GSM>GSM9310962</GSM><GSM>GSM9311017</GSM><GSM>GSM9311010</GSM><GSM>GSM9311011</GSM><GSM>GSM9311012</GSM><GSM>GSM9311013</GSM><GSM>GSM9310956</GSM><GSM>GSM9310957</GSM><GSM>GSM9310958</GSM><GSM>GSM9310959</GSM><GSM>GSM9310974</GSM><GSM>GSM9311029</GSM><GSM>GSM9310975</GSM><GSM>GSM9310976</GSM><GSM>GSM9310977</GSM><GSM>GSM9310970</GSM><GSM>GSM9311025</GSM><GSM>GSM9310971</GSM><GSM>GSM9311026</GSM><GSM>GSM9311027</GSM><GSM>GSM9310972</GSM><GSM>GSM9311028</GSM><GSM>GSM9310973</GSM><GSM>GSM9311021</GSM><GSM>GSM9311022</GSM><GSM>GSM9311023</GSM><GSM>GSM9311024</GSM><GSM>GSM9311020</GSM><GSM>GSM9310967</GSM><GSM>GSM9310968</GSM><GSM>GSM9310969</GSM><GSM>GSM9310941</GSM><GSM>GSM9310942</GSM><GSM>GSM9310943</GSM><GSM>GSM9310944</GSM><GSM>GSM9310940</GSM><GSM>GSM9310938</GSM><GSM>GSM9310939</GSM><GSM>GSM9310934</GSM><GSM>GSM9310935</GSM><GSM>GSM9310936</GSM><GSM>GSM9310937</GSM><GSM>GSM9311007</GSM><GSM>GSM9310952</GSM><GSM>GSM9311008</GSM><GSM>GSM9310953</GSM><GSM>GSM9310954</GSM><GSM>GSM9311009</GSM><GSM>GSM9310955</GSM><GSM>GSM9311003</GSM><GSM>GSM9311004</GSM><GSM>GSM9310950</GSM><GSM>GSM9311005</GSM><GSM>GSM9310951</GSM><GSM>GSM9311006</GSM><GSM>GSM9311000</GSM><GSM>GSM9311001</GSM><GSM>GSM9311002</GSM><GSM>GSM9310949</GSM><GSM>GSM9310945</GSM><GSM>GSM9310946</GSM><GSM>GSM9310947</GSM><GSM>GSM9310948</GSM><GSM>GSM9311050</GSM><GSM>GSM9311051</GSM><GSM>GSM9310930</GSM><GSM>GSM9310931</GSM><GSM>GSM9310932</GSM><GSM>GSM9310933</GSM><GSM>GSM9310927</GSM><GSM>GSM9310928</GSM><GSM>GSM9310929</GSM><GSM>GSM9310924</GSM><GSM>GSM9310925</GSM><GSM>GSM9310926</GSM><GSM>GSM9310985</GSM><GSM>GSM9310986</GSM><GSM>GSM9310987</GSM><GSM>GSM9310988</GSM><GSM>GSM9310981</GSM><GSM>GSM9311036</GSM><GSM>GSM9310982</GSM><GSM>GSM9311037</GSM><GSM>GSM9311038</GSM><GSM>GSM9310983</GSM><GSM>GSM9310984</GSM><GSM>GSM9311039</GSM><GSM>GSM9311032</GSM><GSM>GSM9311033</GSM><GSM>GSM9311034</GSM><GSM>GSM9310980</GSM><GSM>GSM9311035</GSM><GSM>GSM9311030</GSM><GSM>GSM9311031</GSM><GSM>GSM9310978</GSM><GSM>GSM9310979</GSM><GSM>GSM9310996</GSM><GSM>GSM9310997</GSM><GSM>GSM9310998</GSM><GSM>GSM9310999</GSM><GSM>GSM9311047</GSM><GSM>GSM9310992</GSM><GSM>GSM9311048</GSM><GSM>GSM9310993</GSM><GSM>GSM9310994</GSM><GSM>GSM9311049</GSM><GSM>GSM9310995</GSM><GSM>GSM9311043</GSM><GSM>GSM9311044</GSM><GSM>GSM9310990</GSM><GSM>GSM9311045</GSM><GSM>GSM9310991</GSM><GSM>GSM9311046</GSM><GSM>GSM9311040</GSM><GSM>GSM9311041</GSM><GSM>GSM9311042</GSM><GSM>GSM9310989</GSM><GPL>15520</GPL><GSE>310879</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
