We derived primed-state sESCs from in vivo blastocysts using a chemically defined culture system and characterized their morphology and molecular features. When cultured in defined media previously shown to stabilize naïve pluripotency in human ESCs, sESCs adopted dome-shaped colony morphology, and exhibited features consistent with a naïve-like state. RNA sequencing was performed on both primed and naïve-like sESCs to define gene expression differences, signaling pathway changes, and regulatory networks associated with pluripotency state transitions in sheep.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE311245</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9321943</GSM><GSM>GSM9321944</GSM><GSM>GSM9321941</GSM><GSM>GSM9321942</GSM><GSM>GSM9321947</GSM><GSM>GSM9321948</GSM><GSM>GSM9321945</GSM><GSM>GSM9321946</GSM><GPL>36106</GPL><GSE>311245</GSE><taxon>Ovis aries</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
