This screen identified several protein ligands that broadly altered GBM cell death response. To gain a better understanding of the mechanisms by which they alter cell death, we performed RNA-seq on the neurospheres following exogenous addition of the protein ligands.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE312023</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9336239</GSM><GSM>GSM9336238</GSM><GSM>GSM9336259</GSM><GSM>GSM9336237</GSM><GSM>GSM9336254</GSM><GSM>GSM9336253</GSM><GSM>GSM9336252</GSM><GSM>GSM9336251</GSM><GSM>GSM9336236</GSM><GSM>GSM9336258</GSM><GSM>GSM9336257</GSM><GSM>GSM9336256</GSM><GSM>GSM9336255</GSM><GSM>GSM9336250</GSM><GSM>GSM9336249</GSM><GSM>GSM9336248</GSM><GSM>GSM9336243</GSM><GSM>GSM9336242</GSM><GSM>GSM9336241</GSM><GSM>GSM9336262</GSM><GSM>GSM9336240</GSM><GSM>GSM9336247</GSM><GSM>GSM9336246</GSM><GSM>GSM9336245</GSM><GSM>GSM9336244</GSM><GSM>GSM9336261</GSM><GSM>GSM9336260</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>312023</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
