Cells were treated with either control (untreated or si-NC) or si-EZH2. Differential gene expression analysis identified genes regulated by EZH2 depletion, enabling the characterization of EZH2-dependent transcriptional programs in HCC cells. This dataset provides a resource for studying the functional impact of EZH2 on hepatocellular carcinoma transcriptome and for validation of EZH2-targeted therapeutic strategies.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/12</publication></dates><accession>GSE312184</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9339944</GSM><GSM>GSM9339945</GSM><GSM>GSM9339946</GSM><GSM>GSM9339947</GSM><GSM>GSM9339940</GSM><GSM>GSM9339941</GSM><GSM>GSM9339942</GSM><GSM>GSM9339943</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>312184</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[41622630]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
