Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) signaling has been shown to reduce intestinal inflammation in colitis models. In these models, a microbial-derived AhR ligand, Urolithin A (UroA), has demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties and improved gut barrier function. We hypothesize that UroA attenuates inflammation and enhances epithelial barrier integrity in an in vitro NEC-in-a-Dish model.","dates":{"publication":"2026/05/27"},"accession":"GSE312490","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9347290","GSM9347270","GSM9347292","GSM9347291","GSM9347250","GSM9347272","GSM9347293","GSM9347271","GSM9347259","GSM9347274","GSM9347252","GSM9347273","GSM9347251","GSM9347276","GSM9347254","GSM9347253","GSM9347275","GSM9347256","GSM9347278","GSM9347277","GSM9347255","GSM9347258","GSM9347279","GSM9347257","GSM9347281","GSM9347280","GSM9347283","GSM9347261","GSM9347282","GSM9347260","GSM9347285","GSM9347263","GSM9347284","GSM9347262","GSM9347287","GSM9347265","GSM9347264","GSM9347286","GSM9347267","GSM9347289","GSM9347288","GSM9347266","GSM9347269","GSM9347268"],"GPL":["34281"],"GSE":["312490"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
