HepG2 cells were treated at a mild hyperthermic temperature of 42.5°C for 60 minutes, and the resulting supernatant was collected and labeled as 42.5TSN. As a control, HepG2 cells were also treated at a normal temperature of 37°C for 60 minutes, and the supernatant was collected and labeled as 37TSN.
