Patients with MSS/pMMR-mCRC harbor tumor that can be transformed into an immunogenic disease by short-course oxaliplatin-based therapy, and may thereby benefit from the addition of immune-modulating therapy to improve outcome of the current oxaliplatin-based standard-of-care. Primary objective: To determine progression-free survival (PFS), in terms of failure of treatment strategy, of sequential treatment with the Nordic FLOX (5-Fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and leucovorin) regimen and nivolumab compared with the standard-of-care Nordic FLOX regimen in previously untreated MSS/pMMR-mCRC. Secondary objectives: To determine safety and tolerability of sequential treatment with the Nordic FLOX regimen and nivolumab compared with the standard-of-care Nordic FLOX regimen. To monitor and compare quality-of-life (QoL) alterations during therapy courses.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE313035</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9359436</GSM><GSM>GSM9359437</GSM><GSM>GSM9359438</GSM><GSM>GSM9359439</GSM><GSM>GSM9359472</GSM><GSM>GSM9359473</GSM><GSM>GSM9359474</GSM><GSM>GSM9359430</GSM><GSM>GSM9359431</GSM><GSM>GSM9359475</GSM><GSM>GSM9359432</GSM><GSM>GSM9359476</GSM><GSM>GSM9359477</GSM><GSM>GSM9359433</GSM><GSM>GSM9359434</GSM><GSM>GSM9359478</GSM><GSM>GSM9359435</GSM><GSM>GSM9359479</GSM><GSM>GSM9359470</GSM><GSM>GSM9359471</GSM><GSM>GSM9359447</GSM><GSM>GSM9359448</GSM><GSM>GSM9359449</GSM><GSM>GSM9359483</GSM><GSM>GSM9359440</GSM><GSM>GSM9359484</GSM><GSM>GSM9359485</GSM><GSM>GSM9359441</GSM><GSM>GSM9359486</GSM><GSM>GSM9359442</GSM><GSM>GSM9359443</GSM><GSM>GSM9359487</GSM><GSM>GSM9359488</GSM><GSM>GSM9359444</GSM><GSM>GSM9359445</GSM><GSM>GSM9359446</GSM><GSM>GSM9359480</GSM><GSM>GSM9359481</GSM><GSM>GSM9359482</GSM><GSM>GSM9359458</GSM><GSM>GSM9359459</GSM><GSM>GSM9359450</GSM><GSM>GSM9359451</GSM><GSM>GSM9359452</GSM><GSM>GSM9359453</GSM><GSM>GSM9359454</GSM><GSM>GSM9359455</GSM><GSM>GSM9359456</GSM><GSM>GSM9359457</GSM><GSM>GSM9359469</GSM><GSM>GSM9359425</GSM><GSM>GSM9359426</GSM><GSM>GSM9359427</GSM><GSM>GSM9359428</GSM><GSM>GSM9359429</GSM><GSM>GSM9359461</GSM><GSM>GSM9359462</GSM><GSM>GSM9359463</GSM><GSM>GSM9359464</GSM><GSM>GSM9359465</GSM><GSM>GSM9359466</GSM><GSM>GSM9359422</GSM><GSM>GSM9359423</GSM><GSM>GSM9359467</GSM><GSM>GSM9359424</GSM><GSM>GSM9359468</GSM><GSM>GSM9359460</GSM><GPL>34295</GPL><GSE>313035</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42322272]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
