However, large-scale molecular subgrouping studies have primarily been conducted in Western populations, and comprehensive data from Asia remain limited. To address this gap, we analyzed 242 medulloblastoma cases collected from 39 institutions through the he Japan Pediatric Molecular Neuro-Oncology Group (JPMNG). Centralized molecular classification was performed using NanoString-based gene expression profiling, DNA methylation arrays, and multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) for copy number profiling, supplemented by targeted sequencing.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/28</publication></dates><accession>GSE313522</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9369565</GSM><GSM>GSM9369522</GSM><GSM>GSM9369566</GSM><GSM>GSM9369563</GSM><GSM>GSM9369564</GSM><GSM>GSM9369561</GSM><GSM>GSM9369562</GSM><GSM>GSM9369560</GSM><GSM>GSM9369529</GSM><GSM>GSM9369527</GSM><GSM>GSM9369528</GSM><GSM>GSM9369525</GSM><GSM>GSM9369569</GSM><GSM>GSM9369526</GSM><GSM>GSM9369567</GSM><GSM>GSM9369523</GSM><GSM>GSM9369568</GSM><GSM>GSM9369524</GSM><GSM>GSM9369554</GSM><GSM>GSM9369555</GSM><GSM>GSM9369552</GSM><GSM>GSM9369553</GSM><GSM>GSM9369550</GSM><GSM>GSM9369551</GSM><GSM>GSM9369558</GSM><GSM>GSM9369559</GSM><GSM>GSM9369556</GSM><GSM>GSM9369557</GSM><GSM>GSM9369580</GSM><GSM>GSM9369543</GSM><GSM>GSM9369544</GSM><GSM>GSM9369585</GSM><GSM>GSM9369541</GSM><GSM>GSM9369542</GSM><GSM>GSM9369586</GSM><GSM>GSM9369583</GSM><GSM>GSM9369540</GSM><GSM>GSM9369584</GSM><GSM>GSM9369581</GSM><GSM>GSM9369582</GSM><GSM>GSM9369549</GSM><GSM>GSM9369547</GSM><GSM>GSM9369548</GSM><GSM>GSM9369545</GSM><GSM>GSM9369546</GSM><GSM>GSM9369576</GSM><GSM>GSM9369532</GSM><GSM>GSM9369577</GSM><GSM>GSM9369533</GSM><GSM>GSM9369574</GSM><GSM>GSM9369530</GSM><GSM>GSM9369531</GSM><GSM>GSM9369575</GSM><GSM>GSM9369572</GSM><GSM>GSM9369573</GSM><GSM>GSM9369570</GSM><GSM>GSM9369571</GSM><GSM>GSM9369538</GSM><GSM>GSM9369539</GSM><GSM>GSM9369536</GSM><GSM>GSM9369537</GSM><GSM>GSM9369534</GSM><GSM>GSM9369578</GSM><GSM>GSM9369579</GSM><GSM>GSM9369535</GSM><GPL>21145</GPL><GPL>13534</GPL><GSE>313522</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[41808532]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
