This study uses AAV2 to overexpress IFN-beta to achieve prolonged retinal exposure with a single intravitreal injection. We have then employed a bulk RNA to examine the response of the RPE and choroidal cells to prolonged Type-I IFN exposure.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE313587</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9370653</GSM><GSM>GSM9370654</GSM><GSM>GSM9370655</GSM><GSM>GSM9370656</GSM><GSM>GSM9370649</GSM><GSM>GSM9370650</GSM><GSM>GSM9370651</GSM><GSM>GSM9370652</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>313587</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[41760600]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
