Here, we determined the transcriptional profile of circulating memory B cell subsets that arise 14 days after LAIV vaccination. We used the expression of FcRL5 as a surrogate marker of Tbet+ memory B cells to compare the differences between these memory subsets. Influenza HA-B-cell tetramers were used to isolate vaccine-specific circulating cells for RNA-seq. These data highlight the differences and similarities between memory B cell subsets that arise following mucosla and intramuscular vaccination.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/24"},"accession":"GSE314199","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9384854","GSM9384855","GSM9384856","GSM9384851","GSM9384852","GSM9384853"],"GPL":["24676"],"GSE":["314199"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
