This study uses AAV2 to overexpress IFN-beta to achieve prolonged retinal exposure with a single intravitreal injection. We have then employed a single cell RNA sequencing approach using 10x Genomics scRNAseq examine the retinal cell types responsive to Type-I IFN.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE314326</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9393669</GSM><GSM>GSM9393678</GSM><GSM>GSM9393667</GSM><GSM>GSM9393679</GSM><GSM>GSM9393668</GSM><GSM>GSM9393676</GSM><GSM>GSM9393665</GSM><GSM>GSM9393666</GSM><GSM>GSM9393677</GSM><GSM>GSM9393674</GSM><GSM>GSM9393675</GSM><GSM>GSM9393672</GSM><GSM>GSM9393673</GSM><GSM>GSM9393670</GSM><GSM>GSM9393671</GSM><GSM>GSM9393680</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>314326</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[41760600]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
