Single-cell profiling of macrophages demonstrated that the coacervate–cell–drug system effectively reversed the pro-inflammatory phenotype by driving the transition of M1 macrophages toward a reparative M2c phenotype. Single-cell analysis of joint tissues further revealed strong interactions between exogenous GFP-labeled stem cells delivered by the coacervate–cell–drug system and endogenous joint-resident cells. Spatial transcriptomic analysis demonstrated that the coacervate–cell–drug system effectively promotes extracellular matrix repair in osteoarthritic cartilage.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/27</publication></dates><accession>GSE316007</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9442963</GSM><GSM>GSM9442941</GSM><GSM>GSM9442942</GSM><GSM>GSM9442964</GSM><GSM>GSM9442943</GSM><GSM>GSM9442944</GSM><GSM>GSM9442960</GSM><GSM>GSM9442961</GSM><GSM>GSM9442940</GSM><GSM>GSM9442962</GSM><GSM>GSM9442938</GSM><GSM>GSM9442939</GSM><GSM>GSM9442956</GSM><GSM>GSM9442935</GSM><GSM>GSM9442957</GSM><GSM>GSM9442958</GSM><GSM>GSM9442936</GSM><GSM>GSM9442937</GSM><GSM>GSM9442959</GSM><GSM>GSM9442952</GSM><GSM>GSM9442953</GSM><GSM>GSM9442954</GSM><GSM>GSM9442955</GSM><GSM>GSM9442950</GSM><GSM>GSM9442951</GSM><GSM>GSM9442949</GSM><GSM>GSM9442945</GSM><GSM>GSM9442946</GSM><GSM>GSM9442947</GSM><GSM>GSM9442948</GSM><GPL>31008</GPL><GSE>316007</GSE><taxon>Rattus norvegicus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
