Diets included a normal chow diet (NCD; 13% fat per kcal, 25% protein per kcal, 62% carbohydrate per kcal) or a series of compositionally-matched diets including a low-fat diet (LFD; 10% fat per kcal, 20% protein per kcal, 70% carbohydrate per kcal), regular-fat diet (RFD; 20% fat per kcal, 20% protein per kcal, 60% carbohydrate per kcal), moderate-fat diet (MFD; 40% fat per kcal, 20% protein per kcal, 40% carbohydrate per kcal), high-fat diet (HFD; 60% fat per kcal, 20% protein per kcal, 20% carbohydrate per kcal), and very high-fat diet (VHFD; 72% fat per kcal, 20% protein per kcal, 8% carbohydrate per kcal). Mice were previously reared at room temperature (22-24˚C) and acclimated to each diet for 3 days before transitioning to temperature-controlled chambers.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/03</publication></dates><accession>GSE316781</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9460195</GSM><GSM>GSM9460173</GSM><GSM>GSM9460172</GSM><GSM>GSM9460194</GSM><GSM>GSM9460171</GSM><GSM>GSM9460193</GSM><GSM>GSM9460192</GSM><GSM>GSM9460170</GSM><GSM>GSM9460191</GSM><GSM>GSM9460190</GSM><GSM>GSM9460179</GSM><GSM>GSM9460178</GSM><GSM>GSM9460177</GSM><GSM>GSM9460176</GSM><GSM>GSM9460175</GSM><GSM>GSM9460174</GSM><GSM>GSM9460184</GSM><GSM>GSM9460183</GSM><GSM>GSM9460182</GSM><GSM>GSM9460181</GSM><GSM>GSM9460180</GSM><GSM>GSM9460169</GSM><GSM>GSM9460168</GSM><GSM>GSM9460189</GSM><GSM>GSM9460188</GSM><GSM>GSM9460187</GSM><GSM>GSM9460186</GSM><GSM>GSM9460185</GSM><GPL>34290</GPL><GSE>316781</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
