However, comprehensive time-resolved profiling of transcriptional responses under nutrient-deprived conditions remains limited. Here, we performed whole-genome microarray expression profiling to characterize gene expression changes in the human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1 cultured in nutrient-deprived medium. The dataset captures dynamic nutrient stress–associated gene sets and metabolic remodeling, including induction of genes linked to pentose phosphate pathway–related adaptation (e.g., TKTL1). This dataset provides a resource for studying transcriptional dynamics underlying pancreatic cancer cell survival under nutrient deprivation.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/30</publication></dates><accession>GSE316783</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9460214</GSM><GSM>GSM9460225</GSM><GSM>GSM9460224</GSM><GSM>GSM9460223</GSM><GSM>GSM9460222</GSM><GSM>GSM9460221</GSM><GSM>GSM9460220</GSM><GSM>GSM9460219</GSM><GSM>GSM9460218</GSM><GSM>GSM9460217</GSM><GSM>GSM9460227</GSM><GSM>GSM9460216</GSM><GSM>GSM9460215</GSM><GSM>GSM9460226</GSM><GPL>6480</GPL><GSE>316783</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
