This study demonstrates that EF induces significant liver injury only under conditions of immune stress, characterized by a pro-inflammatory and metabolically vulnerable hepatic state. Importantly, herb compatibility critically modulates this risk. Co-administration of Psoraleae Fructus (PF) markedly exacerbated EF-induced hepatotoxicity through amplification of inflammatory and cell death–related pathways, whereas Rhizoma Drynariae (RD) partially attenuated liver injury by stabilizing cholesterol and bile acid metabolism and restoring hepatic homeostasis</description><dates><publication>2026/07/26</publication></dates><accession>GSE317736</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9477390</GSM><GSM>GSM9477391</GSM><GSM>GSM9477408</GSM><GSM>GSM9477409</GSM><GSM>GSM9477411</GSM><GSM>GSM9477412</GSM><GSM>GSM9477413</GSM><GSM>GSM9477414</GSM><GSM>GSM9477415</GSM><GSM>GSM9477416</GSM><GSM>GSM9477417</GSM><GSM>GSM9477418</GSM><GSM>GSM9477392</GSM><GSM>GSM9477393</GSM><GSM>GSM9477394</GSM><GSM>GSM9477395</GSM><GSM>GSM9477396</GSM><GSM>GSM9477397</GSM><GSM>GSM9477398</GSM><GSM>GSM9477410</GSM><GSM>GSM9477399</GSM><GSM>GSM9477419</GSM><GSM>GSM9477400</GSM><GSM>GSM9477389</GSM><GSM>GSM9477401</GSM><GSM>GSM9477402</GSM><GSM>GSM9477403</GSM><GSM>GSM9477404</GSM><GSM>GSM9477405</GSM><GSM>GSM9477406</GSM><GSM>GSM9477407</GSM><GSM>GSM9477383</GSM><GSM>GSM9477384</GSM><GSM>GSM9477385</GSM><GSM>GSM9477386</GSM><GSM>GSM9477387</GSM><GSM>GSM9477420</GSM><GSM>GSM9477388</GSM><GPL>31008</GPL><GSE>317736</GSE><taxon>Rattus norvegicus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
