The impact of PD-1 on bacterial clearance, immune cell activity, and metabolism was evaluated via colony counting, histopathology, flow cytometry, multiplex immunofluorescence and transcriptomics. We fonud that PD-1−/− mice exhibited increased susceptibility to MAB. Early infection showed elevated lung CD4⁺ T cells, reduced neutrophils, and higher blood cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-21, IL-6, IL-27).</description><dates><publication>2026/04/14</publication></dates><accession>GSE317833</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9479906</GSM><GSM>GSM9479905</GSM><GSM>GSM9479908</GSM><GSM>GSM9479907</GSM><GSM>GSM9479909</GSM><GSM>GSM9479898</GSM><GSM>GSM9479897</GSM><GSM>GSM9479911</GSM><GSM>GSM9479899</GSM><GSM>GSM9479910</GSM><GSM>GSM9479913</GSM><GSM>GSM9479912</GSM><GSM>GSM9479915</GSM><GSM>GSM9479914</GSM><GSM>GSM9479894</GSM><GSM>GSM9479896</GSM><GSM>GSM9479895</GSM><GSM>GSM9479917</GSM><GSM>GSM9479916</GSM><GSM>GSM9479919</GSM><GSM>GSM9479918</GSM><GSM>GSM9479920</GSM><GSM>GSM9479900</GSM><GSM>GSM9479922</GSM><GSM>GSM9479921</GSM><GSM>GSM9479902</GSM><GSM>GSM9479901</GSM><GSM>GSM9479923</GSM><GSM>GSM9479904</GSM><GSM>GSM9479903</GSM><GPL>34290</GPL><GSE>317833</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
