Samples were collected at three critical time points: 0 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours post-induction. The data capture the dynamic landscape of both transcript abundance and genome-wide translational activity throughout this cell fate transition. The dataset enables analysis of: 1) Transcriptional changes and translation efficiency (TE) calculations; 2) Identification of genes regulated specifically at the translational level; 3) The relationship between the in vitro reprogramming translatome and in vivo embryonic development stages. Our analyses revealed a profound but transient suppression of global translation during early reprogramming, coupled with a selective upregulation of mitochondrial genome-encoded transcripts at the translational level. These data provide a comprehensive resource for studying translational control mechanisms in cellular reprogramming and early embryogenesis.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/23</publication></dates><accession>GSE318184</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9488773</GSM><GSM>GSM9488772</GSM><GSM>GSM9488771</GSM><GSM>GSM9488770</GSM><GSM>GSM9488769</GSM><GSM>GSM9488768</GSM><GSM>GSM9488767</GSM><GSM>GSM9488766</GSM><GSM>GSM9488765</GSM><GSM>GSM9488776</GSM><GSM>GSM9488775</GSM><GSM>GSM9488774</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>318184</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[42617736]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
