RNA was extracted from tumor regions of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens obtained from eight patients who underwent hepatectomy. Targeted RNA sequencing was performed using custom AmpliSeq panels covering cancer progression– and immunity-related genes.
