After assembling the Platinum-quality reference genome for Svevo durum wheat cultivar, coupling PACBIO HiFi long read 35X sequencing with BIONANO Optical Mapping and Hi-C conformation capture, a complete and accurate gene annotation was then obtained by coupling Illumina RNASeq and Nanopore Isoseq sequencing from multiple tissues. The gene expression was investigated in root and shoot samples collected from plants grown under control condition or subjected to heat, salinity and osmotic stresses or to nitrogen application to create a transcriptional atlas of durum wheat response to abiotic stresses.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/29</publication></dates><accession>GSE318338</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9492700</GSM><GSM>GSM9492667</GSM><GSM>GSM9492701</GSM><GSM>GSM9492668</GSM><GSM>GSM9492665</GSM><GSM>GSM9492666</GSM><GSM>GSM9492704</GSM><GSM>GSM9492669</GSM><GSM>GSM9492702</GSM><GSM>GSM9492703</GSM><GSM>GSM9492670</GSM><GSM>GSM9492671</GSM><GSM>GSM9492674</GSM><GSM>GSM9492675</GSM><GSM>GSM9492672</GSM><GSM>GSM9492673</GSM><GSM>GSM9492678</GSM><GSM>GSM9492679</GSM><GSM>GSM9492676</GSM><GSM>GSM9492677</GSM><GSM>GSM9492681</GSM><GSM>GSM9492682</GSM><GSM>GSM9492680</GSM><GSM>GSM9492685</GSM><GSM>GSM9492686</GSM><GSM>GSM9492683</GSM><GSM>GSM9492684</GSM><GSM>GSM9492689</GSM><GSM>GSM9492645</GSM><GSM>GSM9492646</GSM><GSM>GSM9492687</GSM><GSM>GSM9492688</GSM><GSM>GSM9492649</GSM><GSM>GSM9492647</GSM><GSM>GSM9492648</GSM><GSM>GSM9492692</GSM><GSM>GSM9492693</GSM><GSM>GSM9492690</GSM><GSM>GSM9492691</GSM><GSM>GSM9492652</GSM><GSM>GSM9492696</GSM><GSM>GSM9492697</GSM><GSM>GSM9492653</GSM><GSM>GSM9492694</GSM><GSM>GSM9492650</GSM><GSM>GSM9492695</GSM><GSM>GSM9492651</GSM><GSM>GSM9492656</GSM><GSM>GSM9492657</GSM><GSM>GSM9492698</GSM><GSM>GSM9492654</GSM><GSM>GSM9492655</GSM><GSM>GSM9492699</GSM><GSM>GSM9492658</GSM><GSM>GSM9492659</GSM><GSM>GSM9492660</GSM><GSM>GSM9492663</GSM><GSM>GSM9492664</GSM><GSM>GSM9492661</GSM><GSM>GSM9492662</GSM><GPL>36574</GPL><GSE>318338</GSE><taxon>Triticum turgidum subsp. durum</taxon><PMID>[42439890]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
