Cells were treated with control medium (NC), inorganic phosphate (Pi, 5 mM), cisplatin (1 μM), or combined Pi and cisplatin treatment for 48 h. Four biological replicates were included for each experimental group. RNA sequencing was performed to investigate global gene expression changes and identify transcriptional responses associated with Pi treatment and cisplatin sensitivity in TNBC cells.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/31"},"accession":"GSE319411","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9517518","GSM9517517","GSM9517519","GSM9517521","GSM9517520","GSM9517512","GSM9517523","GSM9517522","GSM9517525","GSM9517514","GSM9517524","GSM9517513","GSM9517527","GSM9517516","GSM9517515","GSM9517526"],"GPL":["34284"],"GSE":["319411"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"],"PMID":["[42651837]"]}}
