To investigate the transcriptional consequences of SOX10 loss, we performed bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) in A375 melanoma cells with SOX10 knockout and matched control cells. This dataset enables analysis of gene expression changes associated with SOX10 depletion and provides a resource for studying the role of SOX10 in regulating melanoma transcriptional programs and cell state transitions.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/29</publication></dates><accession>GSE319443</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9518074</GSM><GSM>GSM9518073</GSM><GSM>GSM9518076</GSM><GSM>GSM9518075</GSM><GSM>GSM9518078</GSM><GSM>GSM9518077</GSM><GPL>34295</GPL><GSE>319443</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
