It is involved in fundamental biological processes, including development, stem cell maintenance, and tumorigenesis, and its dysregulation has been associated with multiple cancer types. Given its critical role in cancer biology, KDM5B has emerged as an attractive target for therapeutic intervention. Therefore, we conducted a screening campaign to identify novel KDM5B inhibitors. In this study, we investigated whether the KDM5B inhibitors JB-157 and JB-161, identified through our screening, exert antitumor effects.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE319664</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9523157</GSM><GSM>GSM9523156</GSM><GSM>GSM9523159</GSM><GSM>GSM9523158</GSM><GSM>GSM9523153</GSM><GSM>GSM9523152</GSM><GSM>GSM9523155</GSM><GSM>GSM9523154</GSM><GSM>GSM9523171</GSM><GSM>GSM9523170</GSM><GSM>GSM9523151</GSM><GSM>GSM9523150</GSM><GSM>GSM9523172</GSM><GSM>GSM9523168</GSM><GSM>GSM9523146</GSM><GSM>GSM9523167</GSM><GSM>GSM9523145</GSM><GSM>GSM9523148</GSM><GSM>GSM9523147</GSM><GSM>GSM9523169</GSM><GSM>GSM9523164</GSM><GSM>GSM9523163</GSM><GSM>GSM9523144</GSM><GSM>GSM9523166</GSM><GSM>GSM9523165</GSM><GSM>GSM9523149</GSM><GSM>GSM9523160</GSM><GSM>GSM9523162</GSM><GSM>GSM9523161</GSM><GPL>34284</GPL><GSE>319664</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42324589]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
