HTLV-1 preferentially infects CD4⁺ T cells, which constitute the main malignant population in ATL. We evaluated transcriptomic perturbations in CD4⁺ T cells from five ATL patients, three healthy donors, and two ATL cell lines following 48-hour treatment with the chemotherapeutic agents fluorouracil and bleomycin sulfate.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/09</publication></dates><accession>GSE319793</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9526451</GSM><GPL>34295</GPL><GSE>319793</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
