Mutations in CBP are associated with Menke–Hennekam syndrome (MKHK), a neurodevelopmental disorder. To examine the impact of a disease-associated mutation, we performed RNA sequencing on cerebral organoids derived from isogenic wild-type and CBP R1868 mutant human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) at Day6, Day12, Day18 and Day30 of differentiation. This time-course RNA-seq data captures gene expression programs during early neurodevelopment and reveals how the CBP R1868W mutation influences transcriptional states in human cerebral organoids.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/21</publication></dates><accession>GSE319859</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9527933</GSM><GSM>GSM9527932</GSM><GSM>GSM9527931</GSM><GSM>GSM9527930</GSM><GSM>GSM9527919</GSM><GSM>GSM9527918</GSM><GSM>GSM9527939</GSM><GSM>GSM9527917</GSM><GSM>GSM9527938</GSM><GSM>GSM9527937</GSM><GSM>GSM9527936</GSM><GSM>GSM9527935</GSM><GSM>GSM9527934</GSM><GSM>GSM9527922</GSM><GSM>GSM9527944</GSM><GSM>GSM9527921</GSM><GSM>GSM9527943</GSM><GSM>GSM9527942</GSM><GSM>GSM9527920</GSM><GSM>GSM9527941</GSM><GSM>GSM9527940</GSM><GSM>GSM9527929</GSM><GSM>GSM9527928</GSM><GSM>GSM9527927</GSM><GSM>GSM9527926</GSM><GSM>GSM9527925</GSM><GSM>GSM9527924</GSM><GSM>GSM9527923</GSM><GPL>34295</GPL><GSE>319859</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
