Head kideny tissue from two experimental groups—PBS control group and β-glucan-trained group —was processed to generate neutrophils suspensions. The library was constructed using the NEBNext Ultra™ RNA Library Prep Kit (NEB #E7490) and purified with beads (AMPure XP system). Sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000 platform with PE150. The genome version used was hg38_V43_gencode.
