We performed RNA-seq and CUT&Tag-seq (anti-EZH2) on three human triple-negative breast cancer cell lines (MDA-MB-436, MDA-MB-468, HCC1806) treated with the EZH2 inhibitor EPZ-6438. Additionally, RNA-seq was performed on MDA-MB-468 cells with EZH2 knockdown to dissect the EZH2-dependent transcriptomic underlying tumor cell adhesion and CAR-T therapy response.","dates":{"publication":"2026/05/21"},"accession":"GSE323364","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9564368","GSM9564369","GSM9564388","GSM9564366","GSM9564367","GSM9564389","GSM9564364","GSM9564386","GSM9564387","GSM9564365","GSM9564384","GSM9564362","GSM9564385","GSM9564363","GSM9564382","GSM9564360","GSM9564361","GSM9564383","GSM9564380","GSM9564381","GSM9564390","GSM9564359","GSM9564379","GSM9564358","GSM9564399","GSM9564377","GSM9564378","GSM9564397","GSM9564375","GSM9564376","GSM9564398","GSM9564373","GSM9564395","GSM9564396","GSM9564374","GSM9564393","GSM9564371","GSM9564394","GSM9564372","GSM9564391","GSM9564370","GSM9564392"],"GPL":["20301"],"GSE":["323364"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
