This includes 23 single nuclei specimens, 12 Visium standard specimens, and 4 Xenium specimens. These samples encompass metastases from lung cancer, breast cancer, melanoma, and sarcoma primaries. Analysis of these data revealed novel tumor-microenvironment cell-cell interactions associated with patient survival.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/23</publication></dates><accession>GSE325196</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9597721</GSM><GSM>GSM9597720</GSM><GSM>GSM9597723</GSM><GSM>GSM9597722</GSM><GSM>GSM9597725</GSM><GSM>GSM9597703</GSM><GSM>GSM9597702</GSM><GSM>GSM9597724</GSM><GSM>GSM9597716</GSM><GSM>GSM9597715</GSM><GSM>GSM9597718</GSM><GSM>GSM9597717</GSM><GSM>GSM9597719</GSM><GSM>GSM9597730</GSM><GSM>GSM9597732</GSM><GSM>GSM9597710</GSM><GSM>GSM9597731</GSM><GSM>GSM9597734</GSM><GSM>GSM9597712</GSM><GSM>GSM9597711</GSM><GSM>GSM9597733</GSM><GSM>GSM9597714</GSM><GSM>GSM9597736</GSM><GSM>GSM9597735</GSM><GSM>GSM9597713</GSM><GSM>GSM9597705</GSM><GSM>GSM9597727</GSM><GSM>GSM9597726</GSM><GSM>GSM9597704</GSM><GSM>GSM9597707</GSM><GSM>GSM9597729</GSM><GSM>GSM9597728</GSM><GSM>GSM9597706</GSM><GSM>GSM9597709</GSM><GSM>GSM9597708</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>325196</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
