We compared the transcriptomic profiles of skin tissue following intradermal or subcutaneous injection of T-gel, with saline injections at corresponding sites as controls. This is evidenced by a greater number of differentially expressed genes and a significant enrichment of extracellular matrix organization and collagen biosynthesis pathways in the intradermal group compared to the subcutaneous group.","dates":{"publication":"2026/04/22"},"accession":"GSE325546","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9608215","GSM9608226","GSM9608227","GSM9608216","GSM9608217","GSM9608228","GSM9608229","GSM9608218","GSM9608219","GSM9608208","GSM9608209","GSM9608230","GSM9608231","GSM9608220","GSM9608221","GSM9608210","GSM9608211","GSM9608222","GSM9608223","GSM9608212","GSM9608213","GSM9608224","GSM9608214","GSM9608225"],"GPL":["24688"],"GSE":["325546"],"taxon":["Rattus norvegicus"],"PMID":["[42006002]"]}}
