We compared the transcriptomic profiles of skin tissue following intradermal or subcutaneous injection of T-gel, with saline injections at corresponding sites as controls. This is evidenced by a greater number of differentially expressed genes and a significant enrichment of extracellular matrix organization and collagen biosynthesis pathways in the intradermal group compared to the subcutaneous group.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/22</publication></dates><accession>GSE325546</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9608215</GSM><GSM>GSM9608226</GSM><GSM>GSM9608227</GSM><GSM>GSM9608216</GSM><GSM>GSM9608217</GSM><GSM>GSM9608228</GSM><GSM>GSM9608229</GSM><GSM>GSM9608218</GSM><GSM>GSM9608219</GSM><GSM>GSM9608208</GSM><GSM>GSM9608209</GSM><GSM>GSM9608230</GSM><GSM>GSM9608231</GSM><GSM>GSM9608220</GSM><GSM>GSM9608221</GSM><GSM>GSM9608210</GSM><GSM>GSM9608211</GSM><GSM>GSM9608222</GSM><GSM>GSM9608223</GSM><GSM>GSM9608212</GSM><GSM>GSM9608213</GSM><GSM>GSM9608224</GSM><GSM>GSM9608214</GSM><GSM>GSM9608225</GSM><GPL>24688</GPL><GSE>325546</GSE><taxon>Rattus norvegicus</taxon><PMID>[42006002]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
