Tumors of this subtype have decreased expression of the insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF1R). The aim of this study was to determine phenotypic changes that occur in basal-like tumors when IGF1R signaling is reduced. Transcriptomic analysis identified previously unknown cell subpopulations and alterations in gene expression that resulted from inhibition of the IGF1R in a mouse model of basal-like breast cancer. These outcomes can be used as biomarkers to enable new therapeutic approaches in patients with basal-like breast cancer.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/28</publication></dates><accession>GSE325555</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9608413</GSM><GSM>GSM9608406</GSM><GSM>GSM9608407</GSM><GSM>GSM9608408</GSM><GSM>GSM9608409</GSM><GSM>GSM9608410</GSM><GSM>GSM9608411</GSM><GSM>GSM9608412</GSM><GPL>34328</GPL><GSE>325555</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
