Two different siRNAs targeting EPHB2 (KD) were used to knockdown EPHB2 expression in hela cells. A scrambled siRNA (NC) was used as a control. For each sample, three independent biological replicates were performed. Then RNA-Seq experiment was performed by Shanghai Biotechnology Corporation (Shanghai, China).","dates":{"publication":"2026/04/08"},"accession":"GSE326407","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9630497","GSM9630496","GSM9630504","GSM9630503","GSM9630502","GSM9630501","GSM9630500","GSM9630499","GSM9630498"],"GPL":["24676"],"GSE":["326407"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
