We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on the vein wall of female C57BL/6J mice. Using the inferior vena cava (IVC) ligation model of DVT, we profiled the cellular heterogeneity and gene expression shifts occurring within the vein wall during the acute phase of thrombosis.
