A reanalysis was done for sequencing data (fastq files) deposited under GEO record GSE122045. These samples were prepared from auditory nerve tissue isolated from Young adult C57BL/6 wildtype and Young adult Versican V0/V2 isoform knockout mice (n=3). This reanalysis was done to identify genes differentially expressed in auditory nerve between wildtype and versican deficient mice.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/05</publication></dates><accession>GSE326598</accession><cross_references><GSE>326598</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
