To investigate the role of VAMP8 in the vascular transcriptomic response to AngII infusion, we profiled gene expression in suprarenal aortae of VAMP8-knockout (Vamp8-/-) and wild-type C57BL/6 mice receiving 5-day continuous subcutaneous infusion of angiotensin II (AngII, 1,000 ng/kg/min) or saline via osmotic minipump. Four experimental groups were generated: WT+Saline, WT+AngII, V8KO+Saline, and V8KO+AngII (n=4 per group). Differential expression analysis identified transcriptomic changes associated with AngII treatment, VAMP8 deficiency, and their interaction in the aortic wall.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/06</publication></dates><accession>GSE326751</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9638137</GSM><GSM>GSM9638138</GSM><GSM>GSM9638146</GSM><GSM>GSM9638135</GSM><GSM>GSM9638136</GSM><GSM>GSM9638139</GSM><GSM>GSM9638140</GSM><GSM>GSM9638141</GSM><GSM>GSM9638144</GSM><GSM>GSM9638133</GSM><GSM>GSM9638134</GSM><GSM>GSM9638145</GSM><GSM>GSM9638131</GSM><GSM>GSM9638142</GSM><GSM>GSM9638143</GSM><GSM>GSM9638132</GSM><GPL>34290</GPL><GSE>326751</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
